Greg's Lawn and Landscaping Inc. is seeking dependable CDL drivers to join our snow removal team in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will operate snow plows and related equipment, provide safe, reliable service, and coordinate with crew on site.

The role requires a valid CDL, clean driving record, and proven snow removal experience. On-call 24/7 during snow events, with long shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
• Drug-free and able to pass required screenings.
• Minimum of 2 seasons of commercial snow plowing experience.
• Experience operating snow plows, snow blowers, and applying deicing/salting products.
• Experience supervising other laborers and training team members on safety.
• Comfortable navigating between job sites and communicating with clients and crew.

Responsibilities

• On-call availability 24/7 during snow events.
• Must be able to work long shifts and extended hours as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate snow removal equipment and coordinate with crew on site.
• Interact professionally with clients and crew members.
