Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring on-call Catering Attendants for events at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. Previous catering experience is preferred; a valid driver’s license and food handler’s permit may be required by state law.

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour with on-call scheduling. We offer cross training opportunities and a supportive team environment focused on delivering quality service to patients and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or food service preferred.
• Strong customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to work on an on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces and serving areas.
• Maintain food temperatures and ensure sanitation standards.
• Assist with arranging tables, decorations, and buffet setups per standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and ensure courteous service.
• Return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility after events.
