Embark Care is seeking an on-call caregiver to assist with last-minute staffing needs. The role includes a company vehicle and gas card for assignments, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and hourly on-call pay of $14.00, plus a $9.00/hour live-in rate for applicable shifts.

You must be available 24/7 during on-call periods, attend staff meetings, and follow safe driving practices. Duties include orientation, client visits, and supporting various home care roles.

Competenze

• Be available to take any assignment 24 hours a day for the full five days, Monday through Friday while you are on-call.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings.
• Take safety precautions and practice safe driving when operating company vehicle; return vehicle to office after shift.

Mansioni

• Be available for on-call assignments Mon-Fri, 8:00am–8:00pm.
• Provide Orientation paperwork to new caregivers as needed.
• Assist with home visits between new caregivers and clients when required.
• Perform duties listed in Homemaker/Companion and Home Care Aide/Caregiver roles.
• Conduct supervisory wellness visits to clients’ homes.
• Deliver/return information or paperwork to/from clients’ homes.
• Support administrative staff with office tasks as needed.
