Qualifications

• Experience providing in-home care and companionship.
• CPR & First Aid certification required.
• TB skin test or chest x-ray within specified timeframe.
• Must pass background check and be willing to undergo drug screening.
• Valid Georgia driver's license with a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor vital signs and provide medication reminders.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Engage clients in activities and provide companionship.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and families.
• Complete daily activity logs for each shift.

• Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
