Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with ADL’s and errands (as needed)
• Report and document daily tasks and client changes
• Work well with minimum supervision
• Pass competency exam
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Professional and punctual
• Take pride in providing high quality care
• Pass drug test and background check
• Current CPR/FA and TB
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred. However, we will provide training.
