Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Madison in Monona, Wisconsin is seeking an On-Call Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home support to clients, helping with daily living activities and companionship.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including progress notes and treatment plans

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a caregiving role
