Job summary

FirstLight Home Care of Eastern Ky is seeking an on-call caregiver to provide non-medical in-home care on weekends. The role includes bathing, grooming, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, with companionship and emotional support to clients. Must be reliable, compassionate, and able to travel between client homes as needed.

Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is required. You will undergo a background check, drug test, and TB screening.

As an on-call caregiver, you will have the opportunity to pick up available weekend shifts. This position offers a $100 plus $13.00 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care to clients
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Companionship and emotional support

• Ensure client safety and comfort
• Follow individualized care plans

Pay & Schedule

• $100 on top of $13.00/hr
• Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

Location:

• Client locations vary throughout the service area
• Must be willing to travel to different client homes
