Visiting Angels El Paso is seeking an On Call Caregiver to support seniors across West Texas, including El Paso and nearby communities. The role offers flexible coverage with shifts as short as 1 hour and up to 12 hours, including Full Time, Part Time, and PRN options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and families.
• Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks.

• Willingness to comply with state and office health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, Toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying).
• Provide medication reminders (not administer) when needed.
• Transport to appointments, errands, and shopping.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and fall prevention.
• Report health changes to supervisor or family.
