Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Boiler plant operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and local codes.
• Skilled in electrical wiring up to 480V preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on base building equipment.
• Install and repair plumbing, piping, and electrical systems.
• Document equipment repairs and track supply orders.
