Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Knowledge of MN Statutes related to providing services.

Responsibilities

• Administer client medications and document accordingly.
• Transport clients to and from appointments as needed.
• Document client information in the communications log.
• Complete clerical assignments and adhere to policies.
