Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years of experience in high-volume food service.
• Experience in a coffee shop or fast-paced environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and place orders, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in the work area.
• Collect money while following cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and back/front of house.
• Pack and complete orders with guest preferences and condiments.
• Label and date products per safety procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Stock products and replenish in workstations and counters.
• Resolve guest complaints within authority or refer to management.
