Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, operated by Cherokee Nation Entertainment, seeks an On-Call Barback to support beverage operations. This entry-level role requires readiness to be called in as needed and focuses on stocking, cleaning, and assisting bartenders while maintaining a fun and safe environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include stocking beverages and glassware, cleaning responsibilities, and ensuring hygiene and stock levels are maintained.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Must be able to pass all alcohol awareness training.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• Must be able to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
• Requires standing for long periods; must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting with exposure to second-hand smoke.

Responsabilités

• Stock all beverages, glassware, and supplies for beverage venues and storage areas; ensure perishables are dated and kept fresh.
• Sweep and mop floors daily, take out trash, and clean trash cans; maintain cleanliness of station and shared areas.
• Ensure soaps, sanitizers, paper towels, and bar essentials are stocked; wash and stock glassware and bar supplies.
• Foster a fun, friendly, quick, clean, and safe environment for guests and team members.
