Job summary

Saddlebrook Resort in Florida, a premier meeting and vacation destination, is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Server to join our team.

You will set up for functions, serve and bus tables, tear down, and assist with event room organization. 2–4 years of food service, banquet experience preferred, knowledge of wine and beverages, and excellent communication are required to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably Banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions to include draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and centerpieces.
• Service responsibilities include picking up food, carrying trays, serving and clearing tables.
• Break down by bussing tables, removing linen and centerpieces, vacuuming.
• Clean back hall and organize storerooms; assist with AM/PM breaks and stock workstations.
• Explain menu items and accommodate dietary requests; provide warm welcomes and assist other staff.
