Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Saddlebrook Resort in Florida. You will warmly welcome guests, check them in, answer questions, and provide information about the property and local area.

The ideal candidate has a strong customer-service mindset, an outgoing personality, and solid communication skills. This full-time role requires flexibility across shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong desire to make an impact on others is preferred.
  • Outgoing and engaging personality is desired.
  • Computer skills are needed for daily tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting is required.
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Check guests in, ensure proper credit is received, note and fulfill special requests, and provide accurate information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and showing sincere interest in guests.
  • Help resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right.
  • Promote and sell hotel programs to guests.
  • Interact with hotel staff professionally and assist other departments when needed.
  • Follow emergency procedures and company policies at all times.
  • Maintain house bank and report pertinent information to the manager on duty.
