Makeready, a hospitality company, is seeking an On Call Banquet Server to support events at our Denver-area locations. You will deliver meals, assist with setup, and ensure a welcoming, guest-focused environment. The role emphasizes professional conduct, strong relationships with guests, and efficient event execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and professional in fast-paced events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and serve guests with meals and beverages; keep water refilled and tables clean.
• Assist with event and banquet setup as needed.
• Demonstrate a guest-first mindset in all interactions.
• Support post-event breakdown and cleaning activities.
• Build friendly, meaningful relationships with guests.
• Maintain good organization and the ability to carry trays.
• Be approachable, friendly and professional at all times.

Requested Tasks

• Deliver and serve guests prepared meals and culinary offerings; keep water glasses filled and tables clean
• Assist in setting up for events and banquets, as needed
• Guest-first mentality
• Assist with post-event services including breakdown and cleaning
• Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to carry food and drink trays
