Position Overview

We are seeking an On-Call Assistant Stage Manager to support the Artistic team in various capacities. The role involves assisting with rehearsals, training sessions, safety procedures, and backstage management.

Responsibilities

• Support Artists and Artistic Staff
• Serve as liaison between Artistic and Technical Staff
• Assist with integrating new Artists into production
• Enforce production rules, policies, and procedures
• Assist in safety procedures and emergency measures
• Manage rehearsals, training sessions, and backstage areas
• Call technical cues and prepare show lineups
• Maintain show records and assist with scheduling and archival recordings
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Stage Manager

Qualifications

• College Diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of relevant industry experience
• Multicultural and tour experience are assets
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
