Martinez and Company, Inc is seeking a Disaster Response Armed Officer to join its On-Call Disaster Response Team. This role involves providing immediate and potential long-term support during natural disasters mainly in Hillsborough and Manatee Counties, FL. Candidates must have a Florida Class 'D' & 'G' license and the ability to work flexible, on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Possession of an approved Florida Class 'D' & 'G' license.
• Completion of an approved State of Florida Security Officer Courses.
• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience as an Emergency Response Security Officer.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be on-call 24/7 and ready to report to assigned job sites within 8 hours.
• Respond to emergencies and security threats professionally.
• Work 12-hour shifts with overtime as needed.
• Provide clear instructions and follow company policies.
