Qualifications

• Able to work weekends and be part of an on-call rotation.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
• Experience with appliance repairs, basic plumbing, drywall and painting.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical tasks related to general apartment maintenance.
• Assist with unit turnovers and cleaning.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Oversee work performed by contractors.
• Report to the Community Manager.
