Job summary

Responsibilities

• Mentors, leads, and evaluates assigned staff with ongoing coaching.
• Coordinates passenger boarding/deboarding and assists with mobility needs.
• Oversees onboard service quality, coordination with food service, and guest experience.
• Delivers onboard announcements and educates passengers about Alaska's history.
• Trains Tour Guides and supports seasonal training programs.
• Responds to onboard emergencies and maintains first aid readiness.
