Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
Current military affiliation and base access required.
Minimum two years of experience providing customer service, outreach, or related support services.
Demonstrated knowledge of military culture, family lifestyles, and command structures.
Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Represent the Military OneSource Program at installation and community events.
Educate Service members, families, leadership, and providers on resources and services.
Conduct installation level outreach activities and build community capacity.
Identify government-approved family programs for the resource finder.
Document outreach efforts and report gaps to inform program improvements.
