The ideal candidate will have experience with food preparation, serving, sanitation, dishwashing, and customer service, and must be able to follow food safety procedures while maintaining a clean work area. Security clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and serve food items according to established procedures and menu requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas, equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Wash dishes, trays, pots, pans, and other kitchen items as needed
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and temperature control procedures
• Stock food, supplies, condiments, and serving areas to support daily operations
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food and supply inventory
• Provide courteous service to customers, employees, and visitors
• Remove trash and keep kitchen, dining, and service areas clean and safe
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
