Qualifications

• Experience and skills: 1+ year in retail or customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through eyewear and contact lens selection and fitting.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and strong customer relationships.
• Keep customers informed about order status and delays.
• Ensure accurate inventory, store presentation, and clean workstations.
• Pursue training opportunities to stay current with products and standards.
