Cox Media Group's KISS 104.1 Atlanta seeks a dynamic Full-Time On-Air Talent to join its award-winning team. The host will deliver engaging, entertaining content across radio and digital platforms, while collaborating with programming, sales, and digital teams to support revenue and community engagement.

The ideal candidate has at least five years on-air experience, fluency with WideOrbit/VoxPro/Adobe Audition, and a strong social media presence to connect with Atlanta’s diverse audience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of on-air radio experience.
• Proficiency with WideOrbit, VoxPro and Adobe Audition.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills across radio and digital platforms.
• Active social media presence on Instagram and Facebook.

Responsibilities

• Host a daily air shift with engaging, relevant content.
• Execute station programming and promotions per policy and FCC rules.
• Operate broadcast systems including WideOrbit, VoxPro, and Adobe Audition.
• Deliver compelling on-air breaks, interviews, features, and listener interactions.
• Create and publish content across station digital platforms and social channels.
• Maintain an active, professional social media presence.
• Participate in promotions, remote broadcasts, events, and client appearances.
• Represent KISS 104.1 professionally at events on weekdays and weekends.
• Collaborate with programming, promotions, sales, and digital teams to support initiatives.
• Record commercial, promotional, and imaging content as assigned.
• Stay informed on current events and cultural trends relevant to the audience.
