Overview

Audacy Philadelphia is seeking a Morning Drive On-Air Talent for WBEB. Candidates should be creative, familiar with broadcast equipment, editing, social media, and willing to make station appearances. The role requires creating engaging content and maintaining a strong work ethic across on-air, online, and on-site platforms.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Create original content and perform live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative.
• Participate in and create content for all social media platforms; manage online presence.
• Protect the station’s FCC license.
• Monitor music and commercial logs.
• Ensure proper execution of promotions and contests.
• Operate the control board and perform production work.
• Make personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

About You:

• Excellent communication and creative skills.
• Solid production skills and knowledge of studio audio equipment, including digital systems such as Audio Vault and RCS Master Control.
• Knowledge of the format and target audience.
• Excellent on-air voice with a proven track record.
• Valid driver's license, satisfactory motor vehicle record, and proof of insurance if using personal vehicle.

Physical requirements include sitting, handling objects, reaching, talking, hearing, and specific vision abilities. Most work involves operating the broadcast board and speaking into a microphone.
