Job summary

Deep understanding of Chyron integration, and the ability to work under pressure in a live production environment are required. The job is in-person at 1 Guest Street, Brighton, with a hybrid pattern and potential for extra days.

Qualifications

• One–three years operating Chyron at a broadcast facility or similar.
• Excellent headsets and in-person communication skills.
• Knowledge of programming, motion graphics and editing basics.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail is essential.
• Familiarity with Windows and basic troubleshooting.
• Understanding of how a broadcast facility interconnects.

Responsibilities

• Operate two channels of graphics for on-air programming (live and pre-taped).
• Play out, change, and insert messages as directed by producer/director.
• Check Chyron messages for spelling, style, and grammar; alert producers to issues.
