Job summary

Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr

Key Responsibilities

• The OMS Tester / QA Analyst is responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test plans and test cases for Order Management System (OMS) functionality.
• This role ensures the quality, reliability, and accuracy of OMS processes across order capture, fulfillment, and integration with upstream and downstream systems.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience testing an Order Management System (OMS).
• Strong understanding of order lifecycle processes (capture, split, allocation, sourcing, shipping, cancellation, returns).
• Solid SQL skills for backend data validation.
• Experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with defect management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with API testing tools, e.g., Postman or SOAP UI.
• Exposure to retail or eCommerce business processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Manhattan OMS, IBM Sterling OMS, Mule, or similar platforms.
• Additional exposure to retail/eCommerce business processes.
• Additional experience with API testing tools.
