Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide structured oversight of OMNY reliability and revenue-impacting issues.
• Oversee governance and escalation between operations, leadership, and vendor accountability.
• Translate operational issues into structured incident records with impact assessments.
• Escalate and track material or systemic issues through governance forums.
• Drive remediation and corrective actions across Operations, IT, Revenue Control, and vendors.
• Analyze recurring incident trends to identify systemic risks and revenue exposure.
• Recruit and mentor staff; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
