Job summary

Galent is seeking a Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to design and implement solutions within the Service Cloud. The role requires a strong understanding of OmniStudio data models, JSON/XML manipulation, and Salesforce platform fundamentals.

Qualified candidates will have certification in Salesforce OmniStudio, experience in Agile environments, and the ability to operate independently from requirements through to deployment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of OmniStudio data model and JSON/XML manipulation within procedures.
• Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification (or legacy Vlocity equivalent) is required.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments with Jira or equivalent tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy OmniStudio components in a Service Cloud context.
• Migrate and deploy OmniStudio metadata across orgs (version control, DataPacks).
• Work independently from functional requirements through to deployed solution.
