Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Omni Channel Manager to lead in-store technology and omnichannel capabilities, with hands-on RFID, POS, and inventory visibility experience. The role collaborates with Retail Technology, Digital, eCommerce, Inventory Control, and Field Leadership to translate business needs into scalable processes and field-ready practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on omnichannel experience including RFID rollout.
• Experience with POS systems, RFID, and inventory management platforms.
• Ability to translate store needs into clear requirements and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail technology roadmap for scalable omnichannel execution.
• Maintain a rolling roadmap for omnichannel initiatives across the store fleet.
• Identify capability gaps and define practical future-state solutions.
• Partner with Digital, eCommerce, Inventory Control and Field Leadership.
• Define KPIs and drive improvements in inventory accuracy and platform adoption.
