Job Description
The Retail Omni Channel Manager will help lead the next phase of Vuori’s in-store technology and omnichannel capabilities. This role is for someone who has successfully supported or implemented retail technology at scale before, with hands‑on experience in RFID, POS, inventory visibility, and omnichannel fulfillment. They will partner closely with Retail Technology, Digital, eCommerce, Inventory Control, and Field Leadership to translate business needs into clear requirements, scalable processes, and operational standards that stores can execute consistently. Success in this role will be measured by roadmap execution, platform adoption, improved inventory accuracy, stronger omnichannel performance, and the ability to turn complex system changes into simple, field‑ready ways of working.
What you'll get to do:
Accountability
- Lead and support the retail technology roadmap with a focus on scalable omnichannel execution.
- Maintain a rolling roadmap for retail omnichannel initiatives, grounded in prior experience scaling similar capabilities across a store fleet.
- Identifycapability gaps across store systems and definepracticalfuture-state solutionsthatsupportinventory visibility,scalability, internationalgrowth,andchangingcustomer behaviors.
- Partnerwith Digital and eCommerce to improve end‑to‑end omnichannel journeys, including BOPIS, ship‑from‑store, RFID‑enabled workflows, and customer‑facing store capabilities.
- Support long‑term infrastructure planning for new store concepts.
Policy& Operational Standards
- Buildand evolve policies,procedures, and store routinesthatconnecttechnology functionalityto clear fieldexecution.
- Establish governance for system enhancements and process changes to ensure consistency across markets while allowing for necessary local adaptations.
- Translate system updates and platform enhancements into clear operational standards, documentation, and field‑facing communications.
- Partner with Field Leadership to ensure policies are actionable, scalable, and supportive of efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Execution
- Serve as a key business partner to Retail Technology and Engineering, translatingstoreneeds into structured business requirements, testing plans, and rollout considerations.
- Leadcross-functional alignment sessions to define scope, sequencing, testing, and rollout strategy.
- Partner with International teams to balance global platform consistency with localized market needs.
- Partner with Inventory Control to improve inventory discipline, adoption, and consistency across store processes.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Define KPIs anduseperformance data toidentifyimprovement opportunities across customer experience, conversion, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, and platform adoption.
- Identifysystemic friction points and drive structured enhancements to improve platform reliability, usability, and adoption.
- Ensure system and policy updates are supported by clear change management, field communication, and adoption tracking.
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent years of experience preferred.
- 3+ years of hands‑on omnichannel experience, including prior RFID roll out, implementation, and optimization across a retail store fleetof 100+ stores.
- Experience building, scaling, or improving omnichannel capabilities in a multi-store retail environment.
- 3+ years of experience in HQ retail operations and/or experience in retail leadershiprolesfocused on operations.
- Proven experience supportingtechnologyroadmaps, system implementations, testing, rollout, and post-launch adoption.
- Strong working knowledge of POS systems, RFID, inventory management platforms, and omnichannel fulfillment models, with experience applying them in stores.
- Experience developingand implementingretail policies and operational standards.
- Abilityto translatestoreneeds into structured business requirements, operational standards, and scalable field routines.
- Strong analytical capabilities with comfort leveraging data to inform strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience building executive-ready materials.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel to stores as needed.

The salary range for this role is $74,900 per year - $96,285 per year.
