Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Omnichannel Imaging & AI Solutions Architect with expertise in document digitization, variable print workflows, and AI-driven automation. This role will be instrumental in developing scalable, integrated solutions for BFIS and Healthcare clients, optimizing digital and print workflows, and enhancing customer communications through automation.

Key Responsibilities

Omnichannel Imaging & Document Digitization

• Develop end-to-end imaging workflows for document digitization, digital mailrooms, and invoice processing.
• Implement OCR-driven automation for document indexing, classification, and data extraction.
• Ensure seamless integration of physical and digital document workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, PCI DSS, and other industry regulations for secure document handling.
  
  

Web-to-Print & Variable Data Printing

• Design and manage web-to-print workflows to support enterprise-level document production.
• Enable customized, data-driven print outputs for regulated communications such as invoices, statements, and EOBs.
• Utilize industry-leading variable data printing solutions to enhance personalization and accuracy.
  
  

AI & Process Automation

• Apply AI/ML models for document processing optimization.
• Enhance data capture and decision-making through predictive analytics.
• Develop intelligent automation strategies to streamline document workflows and reduce manual processing.
  
  

Enterprise Integration & Future-Proofing

• Ensure seamless system integration with ERP, CRM, and cloud-based platforms.
• Implement scalable, future-proof solutions that align with AI-driven innovations.
• Develop strategies for automation, compliance, and digital transformation in enterprise environments.

The Compensation range for this role is 82,331.10 - 164,662.80 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
