You will partner with Sales, broker teams, and Insights to drive shopper marketing, retail media, and e-commerce programs, including Amazon and other key platforms, across Mass, Grocery, Club, and E‑Commerce channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer marketing, shopper marketing, or omnichannel roles.
• Experience leading customer programs for major retailers (e.g., Amazon, Walmart).
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Insights, Finance, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer marketing programs from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Develop briefs with business opportunities, shopper objectives, audience, KPIs, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Sales, Insights, and external partners on activations and budgets.
