Job summary

Talbots, Oak Brook store in Illinois, is seeking a part-time regular associate to support omni-channel operations and daily store activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive customer experiences, participate in fulfillment processes, and assist with merchandising, shipping, and backroom duties. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and exceptional service.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business forward with Omni, store systems, and operational activities.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and enable the team to build relationships.
• Lead OMNI duties including Direct Fulfillment, BOPIS, BOPAC, Ship to Store, Transfers, MOS and Damages.
• Collaborate with MM/GM/SM/OM to set daily and weekly priorities.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store sets.
• Oversee shipping, receiving and backroom activities; maintain a clean, organized backroom.
• Assist in facilities management as needed.
• Be proficient with Order from Store system and assist team members.
• Protect assets and maintain a safe work environment.
• Complete other duties like physical inventory and supply orders.
