Job summary

Acne Studios seeks an experienced DTC Operations Manager to lead operations for North America across Retail, Outlet, and Digital channels. You will drive tools, systems, and policies to raise process efficiency and ensure compliance across the region.

Reporting to the NA President, you will collaborate with the North America Commercial team and HQ operations to deliver seamless client experiences. The role requires strong analytical skills, multi-channel expertise, and a track record of leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 6–8 years' experience in retail or luxury/fashion operations with people management.
• Experience with omnichannel fulfillment (ship-from-store, BOPIS, returns-anywhere).
• Proficiency with retail POS and inventory systems; Teamwork CHQ familiarity is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Retail and Outlet stores, ensuring orders, inventory, packaging and claims are handled accurately.
• Lead Teamwork CHQ adoption as NA lead; drive best-practice execution, troubleshooting, and training.
• Partner with store teams to address operational challenges within NA and Global frameworks.
• Support new store openings, pop-ups, and ad-hoc operational projects.
• Own end-to-end digital order operations and timely resolution of digital order issues.
• Lead omnichannel fulfillment including ship-from-store, BOPIS, and returns-anywhere.
• Manage data flow between Teamwork CHQ and ecommerce/OMS for real-time inventory visibility.
• Own digital operations KPIs: order accuracy, SLAs, delivery timelines, returns/exchange rates.
• Collaborate with Client Services to resolve digital order issues per brand standards.
• Coordinate with HQ Digital/IT/Business Development on tool updates and SOPs.
• Monitor performance, identify root causes, and drive corrective action.
• Lead and develop a team across Retail, Outlet, and Digital operations.
• Oversee NA DTC reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Identify improvements to efficiency focusing on systems and compliance.
• Develop North America SOPs aligned with global standards; lead regional projects.
• Participate in rollout/testing of new tools and Teamwork CHQ updates.
