Job summary

Automated Health Systems is seeking a CCaaS Developer to support enterprise contact center platforms and omnichannel solutions across Genesys Cloud CX and Five9 environments. You will design, develop, test, and support critical contact center applications to ensure reliable, scalable customer journeys.

The successful candidate will implement IVR flows, routing strategies, and API integrations, build chatbots and automation, and collaborate with IT, operations, and client stakeholders to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years supporting Genesys Cloud CX or Five9.
• Experience with IVR development, routing strategies, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of SIP trunking and omnichannel platforms.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, REST APIs, JSON/XML.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IVR call flows, routing strategies, and omnichannel solutions.
• Develop and maintain Genesys Cloud CX and Five9 configurations and integrations.
• Build and support chatbot, voicebot, and automation workflows.
• Configure queues, routing logic, agent profiles, and customer interaction workflows.
• Support API integrations, web services, and custom contact center applications.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate vendor support.
• Create technical documentation and system configuration guides.
• Support go-live activities, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and client stakeholders to meet business needs.
• Participate in testing, QA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
