Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in New York is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club while performing general warehouse duties. You’ll handle orders, use handheld scanners, and move merchandise from the floor to staging areas.

Responsibilities include prioritizing accuracy, safety, and efficiency to meet productivity metrics and uphold GOLD club standards.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld scanner to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and communicate inventory needs.
• Ensure orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements.
• Follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized SFC area and proper dress code.
