Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in New York is looking for an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives and curbside services. You’ll handle order pulling, use RF scanners, and ensure accurate picks while delivering friendly member service.

You’ll work with a team to uphold club standards, troubleshoot issues, and help guests enjoy fast, accurate service across BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club programs. Weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and support safety procedures.
