Responsibilities

• Drive omni-channel and store operations including Direct Fulfillment, BOPIS, BOPAC, Ship to Store, transfers, MOS and damages.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and help the team build enduring relationships with customers.
• Lead and participate in daily and weekly priorities with MM/GM/SM/OM.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store sets.
• Manage shipping, receiving and backroom activities; keep backroom organized and clean.
• Assist in facilities management as needed.
• Be proficient with Order from Store system and assist teammates.
• Protect company assets and maintain a safe work environment.
• Complete other duties as assigned and assist with opening/closing the store.
