Job summary

Talbots Overland Park store in Overland Park, KS seeks a full-time associate to deliver outstanding customer service and support omnichannel operations. You will engage customers, process orders and transfers, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities include Direct Fulfillment, BOPIS/BOPAC, Ship to Store, stock handling, merchandising, and backroom organization, with opportunities to grow within a supportive retail team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with store leadership to set daily priorities and maintain visuals.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving and backroom activities; maintain a clean, organized space.
• Assist in facilities tasks and protect company assets; open/close store as needed.
