Job summary

Talbots in Overland Park, KS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and foster lasting relationships with clients. You will help drive sales through clienteling, product knowledge, and fashion guidance while supporting store initiatives and events.

The role requires a flexible schedule (20–29 hours weekly), strong communication, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Eligible for Talbots discounts and benefits as part of the team.

• Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas including Clientelling/Outreach and Appointment Setting.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe and inspire and build trust.
• Participate in community/store activities and events to promote the Talbots Brand.
• Represent the brand image professionally.
