Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. You will pull orders, verify items with an RF scanner, and assist customers by ensuring accurate, timely pickups in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to GOLD standards while delivering exceptional member service across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases from a pick list in a fast, courteous manner.
• Use RF scanner to pick and verify merchandise from the sales floor.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area as required.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and advise on dated items.
• Maintain clean, organized SFC area and adhere to safety standards.
