Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives and everyday warehouse operations. You will pull orders from pick lists, move items to staging, and use handheld scanners to verify merchandise and update locations.

This role emphasizes speed, accuracy, safety, and customer-focused service as part of a team delivering Gold standard experiences across BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club programs.

Qualifications

• Experience pulling orders from pick lists and using RF devices.
• Strong reliability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-service oriented with safety and accuracy in mind.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Verify merchandise with handheld radios/scan devices.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure items are replenished as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow SOPs for omni initiatives.
