Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking team members for Omni Experience Ambassador roles to support digital initiatives and in-club fulfillment. This position emphasizes accurate merchandise handling, efficient order processing, and strong customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment across BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club programs, collaborating with a team to uphold standards and member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner using handheld scanners.
• Pick merchandise from the sales floor and move it to staging areas for fulfillment.
• Replenish inventory and communicate stock needs to the club team.
• Maintain a neat, clean SFC area and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club to ensure accuracy.
