Ariat International is seeking a Merch Financial Planner to lead the creation and management of financial plans across its omni-channel business. The successful candidate will partner with Finance, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams, ensuring sales, margin, and inventory targets are met.

With 5-8 years in financial planning, you will provide data-driven insights, optimize inventory flow, and enhance profitability. An advanced understanding of MFP metrics and systems is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Merch Financial Planning or FP&A within an omni-channel retail or wholesale environment.
• Strong understanding of MFP metrics: sales, margin, receipts, inventory, turn, and GMROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and present seasonal financial plans across channels.
• Lead monthly OTB reviews, reforecasts, and hindsight analyses.
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Merchandising, Demand & Supply, and Finance.
• Support evolution of financial planning capabilities.
• Implement standardized reporting and KPI dashboards.
