Neiman Marcus in Las Vegas is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement while using the latest technology for outreach and selling. This role is onsite at the Las Vegas location and reports to the Sales Manager.

You will speak about fashion and trends with authority—in person and digitally—while driving personal sales, client conversions, and wardrobe recommendations.

Qualifications

• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience using digital tools to sell to clients.
• Styling, fashion retail experience.
• Commission-based sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible work schedule requested.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge; drive sales via technology and wardrobing.
• Adapt presentation for remote vs in-store clients.
• Use digital tools and omni-channel sales to connect with clients.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
• Develop business to increase productivity through wardrobing and outreach.
• Engage clients via social media to guide traffic.
