Job summary

Kohl's in Ohio is seeking an entry-level associate to deliver excellent customer service and support store operations. This role handles freight, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment while maintaining product protection standards.

You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and participate in training for new hires on Kohl's brand standards, inventory procedures, and productivity expectations. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading shipments and stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership.
