Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Back of House Specialist to manage back of house operations and omni-service processes in Houston.

You will prioritize product flow, replenish merchandise, and ensure tagging, packaging, and orderly stock to support efficient store operations. Responsibilities include leading product flow, receiving shipments, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring an excellent omni-channel experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize product flow and replenishment; process queues and workload to prevent backlog and fulfill expedited orders.
• Follow processing and tagging standards; maintain packaging that exceeds customer expectations.
• Support timely product placement and visual priorities.
• Keep sales floor and back of house clean and organized for easy restock.
• Use store technology to ensure a seamless omni-channel experience.
