Aufgaben

• Understand how merchant processes impact business and prioritize product flow and replenishment to prevent backlog and cancellations.
• Adhere to processing and tagging standards and maintain visual merchandising standards; ensure proper packaging to exceed customer expectations.
• Support timely execution of product placement and other visual priorities; keep sales floor and back of house clean and organized.
• Effectively lead and execute the product flow process, including shipment receipt, processing, security tagging, preparing product for the floor, and placing product.
• Oversee back of house standards and ensure receiving, shipping, stock, and supply areas are clean and organized.
• Ensure safety standards, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company policies to support store profitability.
• Oversee omni process to maintain fill rates and brand standards.
• Manage supply needs, technology, workstations, order staging, and pickup areas.
• Facilitate transfer of online products back to the warehouse.
• Communicate daily with leadership and escalate issues to meet standards.
