Job Description

K&I Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Clinical Director for our outpatient mental health clinic in Waldorf. The ideal candidate is an LCSW-C or LCPC Board-approved supervisor with extensive experience in high-volume practices and supervision. The role involves overseeing clinical staff, ensuring compliance with Maryland laws and ethics, and fostering a professional, ethical, and productive environment.

The Clinical Director will manage clinical operations, supervise staff, develop strategies for growth, and ensure quality care. Responsibilities include clinical training, supervision, review of clinical work, program oversight, and collaboration with other leaders. The role requires a proactive, communicative leader with strong management and mentoring skills, deep knowledge of Maryland behavioral health regulations, and a commitment to ethical practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for program growth
• Provide clinical training and supervision

• Supervise clinical staff and manage a small caseload

Qualifications
