The Children’s Guild is a nonprofit organization and affiliate of TranZed Alliance – one of the most experienced child-serving organizations in the Greater Baltimore/Washington region. Our OMHC provides evidence-based, trauma-informed outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and families across multiple locations in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
Our interdisciplinary team includes therapists, clinicians, psychiatrists, case managers, and school-based professionals — all united by a shared commitment to helping every child thrive.
This is an excellent opportunity for a new or early-career clinician to grow their skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment. As a Therapist/Clinician, you will:
11 or 12 months salaried positions with benefits and generous time off. Per Session option available. Clinical consultation groups and on-going free training with CEUs to meet requirements for licensure. Orientation and training modules before starting position with on-going mentoring and support. Provided with device and phone, while not being on-call. Individual and Group supervision towards advanced licensure for LMSWs and LGPCs.
We offer a sign-on bonus totaling $6,000.
